SAGE is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for and providing support to LGBTQ+ elders. One key initiative is providing affordable LGBTQ+ friendly housing to seniors and this is done through fundraising events.

To celebrate the opening of their newest and largest housing building, and with the need to fundraise for future developments, SAGE needed to showcase their future plans to potential donors to raise money to fund these ideas.

Working closely with the Director of Fundraising, I designed the Paving The Way Home fundraising initiative. This included crafting a printed booklet that would be handed out at the event, along with a digital version to access online. This booklet would showcase future building development plans and renderings along with why it’s important for LGBTQ+ elders to have a safe space to live.

To elevate the online presence of the campaign, I provided tailored social media posts and a repurposed digital booklet created specially for their online hub.

To a huge success, the Paving The Way Home fundraising campaign helped raise over $225,000 to support housing and services for LGBTQ+ elders.
